? about card 'recipe'

i realize this is a bit windy but...


i have noticed that when i upload a card using my bella stamps...

even tho i take the time to include the 'recipe' the info is not there.



it isn't ALL of them, just some.

any one have any idea why?

is there something i am doing wrong?

the above links are to cards that DO NOT have the 'recipe' when i know i have put the info in. i figured out that if on the first page to upload, if you click 'member gallery' you don't get the option to enter the info. so i don't click on 'member gallery' on the first page. then on the second page i enter all the info i have for the 'recipe' and then i click on my 'chella's bellas' gallery.

i hope this makes sense to someone who can enlighten me on what i may be doing in error.

Unfortunately, once the cards are added to a personal album, there are no additional fields that show. If you were to move them out of your personal album, all of the details would show. Sorry for the inconvenience!

but with in my album there are some that have the 'recipe' and some that don't.

i just don't know what i am doing different form one to the next.

Not sure if this happened in your case, but last night I was helping my friend, thyme, to do her very first uploads. On three of the cards all the info simply disappeared about 30 seconds after we hit the Submit button. We had to go back and use Edit Photo and type in all the info another time.
Very discouraging for a first timer.

Anyway, have you tried the Edit Photo button?

if you moved it into your album from your main gallery then it will retain the info - it won't display it though if you upload it directly into the album.

aha! tho i don't understand why it is different, that explains it.

would it be worth the time and effort to upload it to my gallery and then move it so as to include the recipe?

or prolly just easier to include the deets in the description.

i just like to include the recipe for others
