Default preprinted vellum quotes

Okay I am asking a dumb question I am sure. I do not scrapbook (yet) but my daughter is preparing an album for her boyfriend. She purchased the "Quote Stacks" and needs to know how to use them. I believe she is to cut them out and attach them with brads, eyelets, etc. Is this a correct thought?? Also what is the best adhesive to use with vellum that does not show through??

I love these things!! What I usually do is mat them with cardstock and adhere them to the mat with brads or eyelets and then use adhesive on the back of the cardstock to adhere to the page.

3m makes a good vellum adhesive, but I noticed that if there was any lint on the sides of the roll that it would stick to the adhesive and show throw the vellum when mounted. I just think that using brads or eyelets is clean and easy.

I have never found a good adhesive for velum. I just use brads or eyelets myself. I'm sorry if that didn't help.:(

I use the quotes and titles printed on vellum all the time and the best thing I have found is a Zyron Create a Sticker. It is a machine that comes in different sizes and you roll your piece of vellum through it and it puts the clear adhesive on the entire piece of vellum. I have a small one, the 150 which does almost 2 inches across and I have the 500 which does about 5 inches across. The 150 was about $9 at Michales Craft store and the 500 was not very much either. I can't remember how much, but I used my 40% off coupon from the newspaper. They also come in larger sizes. I love mine.
