Hi, And Welcome!
Can you believe this is the 100th Challenge for watercoloring on Wednesdays? I will admit to a couple of things here, I have not done them all and I have done quite a bit of collecting new tools since this challenge came out. Paints, Papers, and yep Brushes. So, if you are like me and collecting things to try someday. Someday has arrived for getting the sizing washed out of those "not round" brushes. The idea here is not to do perfect butterflies but, to try your odd brushes out and see what they do. Interestingly enough this was the last page to fill in this practice Strathmore pad I started out playing in. So, here are a couple shots of my stash, odd brushes and the first layer of paint in that notebook. I jotted down notes of what brushes I had tried making wings with near the paint. ( what happened next are all dumped on the blog) I decided after playing with this here to try it again with colors I like and actually cut that sheet into two pieces for a couple of cards. This video is on YouTube by Shayda Campbell called More watercolor ideas 50 ways to fill your sketchbook.

Unlike most of you, I don't keep a sketchbook. So mine were done with the intent of using them on a card. I did pick up some flat brushes that I haven't used in a good while. Thanks for #100 challenge, Stacy.
