CHALLENGE:
For many of us it is a challenge to make a masculine card. So that is our challenge this week. We are making a masculine get well card for Ron, who is the cousin of Jan (aka Precious Kitty). DESTINATION STATION:<o:p Unfortunately, Ron recently had a serious accident and is facing a long road to recovery. He is a faithful man and is staying positive he said that his being burned should be testimony to others to choose Jesus instead of Hell's fires. Ron reads the Bible and scripture so religious sentiments are welcome. He also likes dogs and the Oklahoma Sooners (football) whose team colors are crimson and white. Lets shower Ron with paper hugs and smiles and wish comfort in his recovery.
SEND YOUR CARDS TO: Ron Archer 9248-A South Urbanna Tulsa, OK 74137 USA Thanks for joining us and have fun!
Be sure to use KEYWORD MMTPT519 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card! Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Post your request HERE or send a PM to jacqueline.<o:p</o</o

Pat thank you for hosting the Tea Party this week!
This is going to my cousin Ron, who had a horrible accident at his cabin a few weeks ago. He has a long ways to go in order to heal and would love cards sent to him, to lift his spirits up. He is also a Christian, so Scripture verses are welcomed. A great big thank you for your cards to Ron! Thanks so much!!

Ronnie called me last night -- he received my card and Polly's card -- and wanted to know if Polly was a friend of mine. That is when I had to spill the beans about the Tea Pot party. He wants me to tell everyone thank you and that he thought that was such a nice thing for everyone to do. He says he is doing much better. He is able to put on pants now (loose fitting ones), but the burns he suffered from is healing (a long ways to go) but he is up and walking some. So he is doing much better. PTL!!!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart - for all you girls are doing for him!!

Aloha Sis Imlate to this party but I made this card with Mr Ron in mind and its been sent out in todays mail on its train to him hope he enjoys it.,,
I am playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking and catching up on my SCS postings.
I designed this card with the possibility that it could be used in the challenge as a masculine, uplifting get well card, but since I’m very late to the party, I turned it into a belated birthday card for my son-in-law.
