Default Frustrated with Stamplistic

I am so disappointed in Stamplistic. I saw they had cute stamps to decorate envelopes so I placed an order on March 4th. March 14th ( after an inquiry about my order status) they said they were waiting for the Northwoods stamps to be delivered and asked if they could partial ship my order for in stock items. I said"of course" and they did. They said they would receive the Northwoods order at the end of the same week ( which of course said "in stock" on their website when I placed the order)'and would ship them for free when received. March 30th I reached out to them again- because I still did not receive my Northwoods stamps. They said this was totally their fault. The stamps would be in the following week and they would ship them for free ( um... really? My order was well over your free shipping to begin with.) Well it is now April 12 and still no stamps. I am thinking I should have ordered Autumn images instead of cute Easter ones based on the timing if their delivery. I don't mind delays, it happens, but saying products are in stock and stringing customers along is not acceptable. (I waited over a month for my Tinsel &!Tags set from PTI and was okay with it because I knew they had very demand. They told us on their website.)

Has anyone ordered from Stamplistic before? I guess if I ordered everything but the Northwoods stamps, I would be fine with them.

I've had similar problems with a British company before now, so much so that I never order from them anymore. It really isn't difficult in this day & age to have a 'real time stock' facility on your website. There isn't anything more annoying than being kept waiting, especially when the product you want is time specific, like yours.

I've ordered from them before and it has taken a bit longer than some companies to receive some orders but they always arrived. My daughter lives in Ohio in the town where the store is and she has gotten me gift certificates from them......they've always been a pleasure to deal with. I'm thinking the problem is possibly with Northwood and not Stamplistic.......they are very customer oriented.

I've found that Stamplistic bends over backwards for their customers. I've been purchasing from them for years! And - they sell some of the most unique and veritile stamps.

Turns out Stamplistic has been in the process of moving their warehouse and what they thought would take four days turned into weeks.........they had hundreds of emails and got behind.......I'm sure any problems will be resolved soon!

So happy to hear that. I really wanted to say I've been a customer of Stamplistic for years and have never had a problem. I'm usually surprised at how fast things arrive in my mailbox. I live in state and still almost always order online just to save the gas!
