Sounds like your flash player is jacked or something, Val. If you're not seeing the upload dropdown, the page isn't being completely loaded. So that's either your internet connectivity or flash. I've had terrible trouble with flash the last few days in Firefox, so I bet if you update it and then reboot you'll be fine.

Thanks Lydia. I'll try that . Umm, update Firefox? or update Flash Player?
I've finished 3 cards today and am still 3 or 4 behind. Ugh! I am determined to do all these again this year but I can't catch up. Anyone want to borrow a toddler for a week or so? lol
Uploaded several cards today and I am still 4 challenges behind. I am off tomorrow and really need to do laundry. Good thing my craft area is in the basement just across from the washer/dryer, I can unbury the table while the clothes take a bath! LOL!

You're 3 or 4 behind and have a toddler? I'd say that's pretty impressive. My boys are 9 and 11 and I'm 6 behind although I hope to do a few more during the hockey game. Send your little sweetie on over.

Only if you take my 3 for the same amount of time! ;) But you are doing good! We can catch up! I'm 4 behind including today's. Hoping to get caught up soon, but now it's looking like I need to take one kid to the doctor.

Hey all. Have not had much chance to chat this year. It's been challenging enough to stay on top of the challenges. I am currently three behind and hope to catch up tonight, though I also need to make a sympathy card and a graduation card. I have to make post office run this weekend so I am going to mail my first batch of cards then, too. I have really enjoyed this year's challenges - nothing too crazy, just enough to get the creative juices going!
Oh no!! My dd took the package of cards to the PO today - it was all set to go with a Priority Mail address label attached and the PO guy sent it Parcel Post! REALLY! We didn't catch it until she came home because it shipped for $1.00 less than it should of... and it isn't scheduled to get there for a week instead of in 2 or 3 days. The worst part is that it will get to the hospital with POSTAGE DUE. Should I send a dollar to the cancer center???? :(

The PO may be nice and send it through...this past winter I received a letter from an older lady and rather than a postage stamp she used a sticker! The letter got delivered to me and no one asked for postage!
It may just slide right through...

Oh, I'm like that all the time. If I go to the member companies I get pulled in and don't look at anything else. If I do the challenges, I forget to look at the member companies. If I do HYCCT I forget everything else. LOL!!! Too.many.details!!! : D
I've been busy making cards & not to much chatting, now I've got a really bad cold. :( I'm hoping I get today's challenge done though, taking the Nyquil at 9:00

Oh, I'm so sorry! It is so hard to concentrate when you feel icky!! :( Hope the Nyquil helps you sleep!

I hope so. I'd feel so mean if I sent them a "gift" they had to pay for! Or worse yet if the PO sends it back!
I spent a little time making tags out of pre-colored images and scraps... they don't fit any of the challenges per se but they'll be a fun addition to my box later. I can't bear to throw things away! LOL

Awwww! How sweet - I can just hear their little puppy sounds.

So sorry you're not feeling well. I've had a sinus thing going on for about a week and got way behind on the challenges. Hoping to catch up some today, and I hope you will soon be feeling better.

Awww, mom looks TIRED! How fun for your family to get to experience puppies.
I don't throw things away either! I've taken wisdom from you and have been putting card stock down on my work surface and I've used those scraps for some recent cards...thanks for that!
I got four cards made last night for three of the HYCCT challenges and I'll be uploading them in a bit. Our family has been going through the wringer with church-related stuff (DH is a pastor) and it has just plain been hard, but having some ink-therapy last night was sweet.

But today's...I already have an idea so I'm going to work backwards...lefthanders do that well... :p

But you could have used pink, orange isn't compulsory . I don't much like orange either.
Fresh bread - yum yum.

My 11yo DD just went downstairs and made me a card! I'll have to take a picture later, but she stamped "I'm here for you no matter what" on the inside with Love you mommy! Now that's encouraging!!!!

Thank you Val. It's not fun being sick. Hope you're feeling better too.
No crafting for me today, but I'm mostly up to date with everything. My DD rang yesterday and said her old car is broken down and beyond repair. She was planning on buying a new car early December anyway, but now that date has been bought forward. I'm off to the city today to be a good shopping buddy and wheels for the adventure. She works for a fleet management office so has been gathering info these past months on the type of car she'd like to eventually buy. This should be a fun day.
You know what I got from this? Don't clean your craft table. ;) I pretty much only clean in there if I have zero mojo or things start trying to physically attack me. It happens.
I'm with you Paula I try to clean up before a challenge like VSN or the longer ones start and then only if there is no space to put my coffee, that's my marker, if there is no space to put a hot drink then I need to tidy, mind you space can be a fairly subjective word, you'd be amazed at where I can balance a cup see link Messy Craft Room ;)
I'm so far behind it is frightening but hope to catch up this weekend have lots and lots of ideas just itching to be realized
Off goes the mom taxi again....last run of the day. Big bro took the bday boy and little sis to a movie so I'm picking up the older sis from swimming while DH is at a meeting. I think I'm only behind by one or at the most two so maybe I'll be able to slip back down and get a card made. I at least need to clean up after the last ones. My oldest DD who is married and living away called while I was just finishing up stamping and we decided to Skype so she could wish her bro a happy bday. The joys and wonders of our modern age!
