I've seen a lot of wonderful projects using just the framelits and designer paper. I got the stamp set, but only because I wanted the sentiments to go with the dress image. I love a good pun or two. Don't know if this helps you decide. :-)
I got both cause I'm a sucker for a bundle and it's nice to have sentiments that go with the dresses. However I have used the framelit a ton and only actually used the dress stamp once. It is cute but piecing together dresses out of different papers is much more fun
I have bought almost all the framelit bundles except for the secret garden one as I already have so many flower punches. However, with All Dressed Up I only bought the framelits and haven't missed the stamps at all. I made valentines with them for all the women in my life and they loved them. I've made birthday cards and used them in a shadow box. So, if you are on a budget just get the framelits imo.
Thanks everyone! I think I already knew this was a stamp set not really to my liking and it would probably not see much ink! I am going for just the framelits! And that will give me more dollars to spend on something else! LOL
(I'm a little late on this discussion, but here goes....)
Someone just gave me the All Dressed Up Stamp Set and after looking at the gallery, there are hardly ANY cards made only with the stamp and not the framelit...... Is the framelit still available to purchase? I'm kind of disappointed.... not sure how to use this stampset....

Yes, Shirley, the dress up framelits appear on page 187 of the current annual catalog. I don't own the stamp set but have you checked the gallery here for ideas?
