Okay-OKAY! stop screaming my name I heard you all the way to the Lodge! By the way I started working there on Wednesday! It is alot of fun, Right now I am training on making reservations so if you haven't made your reservation and you need to I will be there Fri. Mon and Tues. until 3:00-- You and I could talk when you call to book your room!
The plans are going great! I come home and have at least 15 emails to answer, and I am receiving confirmation forms everyday! Kookie and I(she doesn't know this yet but...) we will be deciding which sets to purchase for prizes, etc.... so if you have any suggestions let them fly!
I have started to make pins and goodie bags all attending! I am having so much fun! I did want to let you ladies know I did put away the exacto knife for a few days! :lol: :lol:
I can't wait to meet each and everyone of you! And all the beautiful cards you are sending are awesome!
Oh Guess what-- for all those who can't attend I will be bringing my lap top, and web cam so we can torture all those you aren't coming to play!

yipeeeeeeeee.. to bad you weren't working on Sat night when I was staying there :( It would have been fun to meet you, saw the meeting rooms there, not far from all the fun!! Gotta get my reply in soon.. lol

ya I am not staying over though. I only live about an hour from the lodge. They are awesome rooms though and having the mini fridge and microwave in them will remember that next time we decide to stay there! Can fit 4 in a room if any of you want to share.. don't recommend sleeping on the hide-a-bed though, DD said it was very uncomfortable.. she is only 13 and picky already.. lol
oh cpome on Kar a whole evening with Me, Kookie and Lana... a bar( just kidding)! I am staying there that night and I only live 6 miles away from it!!!

But if you put ten SCSers (I wouldn't ask anyone to sleep on a sofa bed)in there, it's only $39.90 each and think of all the fun! Or if two families or three share the mega suite, then the adults can have bedrooms and just pile the kids in the loft and/or living room.
I so want to go to your event but the airfare is a minimum of $381! If I find a last minute bargain, will someone left me crash on your floor?!

hey - maybe after Keri's Adam gets his pilot's license, we could all chip in to buy the official SCS plane. Let's see... that would be a few billion divided by 11,000. Nope not gonna work - we'll need a lot more members!
I would love to but remember I have chores to get done too.. can't afford to pay the neighbor the $6/hr he gets to help milk. What time does this go to anyway. I can get there fairly early in the morning but will have to leave by 4 or 4:30 or so that afternoon :(

Just rode past the lodge this weekend on our way up to Sayner for a Family Reunion, it looks great! We are soooooo looking forward to that weekend. And just think the following month is Regionals in Madison, it at least makes up a little for missing convention this year. Ahhhh, Stamping is Good!!
Since it's after 3pm here, I'm going to call you on Monday to make my room reservation so hopefully I can talk to you!

What time do you get done with chores? Can you come back to the lodge aftewards? If not, we will cram the fun in right away! YIPPPY! Promise me, you won't hurt me? No fighting! Promise!
Hey, I just got done cleaning the back fence line. It's not our fence, but the farmer that owns the land NEVER cleans it. So I'm back there with 4 girls (ages 13,11,10, and 5) cleaning brush and chopping off trees. I have my face down in the brush trying to saw off a tree and I was thinking : Wouldn't it be something if a skunk was staring me in the face all of a sudden? There was so much brush back there that I'm sure the critters love it! LOL! Don't worry, I made it out alive and now we can see the back field (which is beautiful to me).
Sorry, I'm rambling. BUT I just had to post that because Princess has been cleaning like a mad woman all day long and putting me to shame!

the shoe box swap is when you design a sample card and then put all the supplies to make that card in a shoe box( however many you would like to swap) then we swap shoe boxes and stamp our brains out! How fun is that!!!
I can't wait for this either-- everyday I come home and there is another registration in the mailbox! I get giddy!!
Ya know the really yucky part of working there, I don't get to call Kookie 5x a day! this sounds silly but it really bums me out! SHE IS COOL!
Oh by the way Lana I am glad you made it out of the brush alive! Is the ghost of skunky on your mind-- I am sure he is just visiting trying to let you know that he is okay( and that schrade couldn't have done anything to help! hehehe!) I bet your yard looks fabulous!
My fabulous Mother hired me a maid while I am clunking around in this brace( SHE ROCKS!) and so I don't have to do anything! DH and Fab Momma take care of eveything! my world is good!

LANA LANA LANA --- I said I was bleaching the countertops, washing the windows, dusting and vacuuming the floors (I won't mention that I did put the attachments on and sweep under the stove). But, I didn't mean for you to go out and play Paul Bunyon in the fields. LOL
Can I say it one more time --- I wanna come play with my friends in WI. When staying at the lodge and no one would have to worry about cleaning or laundry.

"Schrambo" That's very funny. I wonder how many rambo type thank-you cards you'll get for putting on a fantastic get-together in October :lol: OK, down to important stuff. When we do our shoe box, do we put stuff to build one card in it or multiple?

ewwwwwwww glue sticks??? people still use them?? Just kidding... I haven't used any and only bought them for school supplies for Kyle (to young to take glue yet) He said hey mom.. that tape stuff you got in your stampin drawer would work better!! Think not!! lol.. oh well...
I know but if you want your cards together before you leave glue will have to do kids. Thats is why, silly we hope everyone brings their mono adhesive! LOL!
Today when I was at work I got to talk with Donna( wdwlover) and it was so nice to hear her voice! I made her reservation at the lodge! not real great at it and besides I couldn't concentrate because I wanted to talk stamping talk, but work would have not appreciated it!! LOL!!
So Thank you Donna for making my work day so pleasant!! Anyone else going to call me tomarrow -- I am there until 3pm!!!!
Hey Schrades - I'll call ya!! Ooooh wait a minute - I'm not going. Guess, I won't call after all. :P
If it's a 1-800#, you could always call schrades - I mean the lodge - to tell them you don't need a reservation. Then they would know it was okay to let someone else reserve the royalty suite.
