Default Need your help please....How do I resize a photo on iPhoto?

I am going crazy here trying to upload one of my cards. I have a Mac computer with iPhoto built in. I know how to edit my cards but just don't understand how to resize it using iPhoto. Every time I submit a card for uploading to SCS , a message comes back to me saying the photo I tried to upload is too large and that I need to resize my photo to less than 2048 pixels in either dimension. I'm doing everything the way I used to do it but SCS must have been resizing my cards for me before. What size do you make your normal A2 card pixel wise for SCS uploads? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there!

I have a sticky at the top of this forum (I moved your thread to our Site Support forum) on some easy resizing tools you can use. We changed the max pixels last June, but you can still have an unlimited file size for your photo.

Let me know if you still have trouble after you look at those instructions and I'll be here to help!

Lydia.....Thank you so much for helping me. I tried to understand the iPhoto site that you suggested to click on to and it just was not working for me. I think my computer is newer and those other drop down boxes in the directions were not the same as what I have. Instead, I looked at other peoples questions on this forum and found a lady who had a similar Canon Power Shot camera (I have Power Shot A1100IS) and you told her how to find the M3 option. I found it on my camera and took a picture of my card and had no trouble uploading it. I think my upload came out very nicely but if you will check my SCS gallery (kerry2) I think my card shows up too small. Any suggestions on how to make my card appear larger? Should I crop more around my card and still use the M3 setting on my camera or should I change my camera to a different M setting? Thank you so much for your help. You are a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate you taking the time to help me.

Hi Kerry! I looked at your camera manual and M3 is plenty big enough - can you send me a link to the image you think is too small?
