Wow, I can't believe how popular metal dies have become and have seen a few stamp companies offering their own line of dies. So, my question is which companies now have metal dies?
Went to Cherry Lynn Designs and HAVE to order the cat die and one of the dog dies. Then I will also use them to make my own embossing folder. Double duty. I'm afraid to look at the other sites - lol. However, I know I will. Can't help myself.

Eye opener thread for sure! I don't know if I want to find more dies. i absolutely love the Spellbinder dies, wish I had a visual list of all of them, but do have some Sizzix dies that are awesome as well. Scrapyland is a great site with great prices on dies as is ScrappingCircus. Thing of it is that the new stuff is so slow coming out. Wish Joann's were a little more up on the new stuff as they have awesome sales and often free shipping.
I'm going to make my own embossing "plate" using a solid cat and a solid dog stamp. Easy to cut out. You just use chipboard die cuts or stamp images you've cut out, place them on chipboard and emboss with the paper of your choice. I'm explaining this like I've done it before. Haven't yet. I have to order the two stamps I saw from CheeryLynnDesigns.com. I'm an animal lover so having cardstock embossed with cats or dogs, or a combo thereof, is perfect for me. I'll bet embossing birds would be pretty too. The videos on You Tube make it look very easy.
MFT (My Favorite Things) have Die-namics dies which someone already mentioned - they are a member company here on SCS. I just ordered 4 dies from them today and I shall be haunting my mailbox till they arrive! I can't wait!!
Nellie Snellen also make dies - there are multiframes and border dies. There are Heartfelt Creations stamps with co-ordinating dies made by Spellbinders. There are Magnolia Doo-Hickey dies.
Dies Direct have lots of dies (note that Cheery Lynn Designs is a division of Dies Direct). I would add a link but I am not sure if I am allowed to here - but if you just use your fav search engine to look up Cheery Lynn Designs, you will find it.
Oh, I forgot to add: Marianne Designables one-step embossing and cutting folder. You emboss and diecut all at once - looks pretty cool (don't have it yet, but it sure is tempting.......LOL!)
Whimsy Stamps also offers dies. There are so many great companies out there with lines of dies now. I love the versatility it offers us as card makers.
