Exclamation help with permanent tacky tape

Hello!

I'm making pocket folders and need some help deciding which tape to invest in. The paper I'm using is StarDream, which is a shimmer smooth paper. I was told at a stamp shop that the WonderTape from Ranger works great, but how does hat compare with ProvoCraft's Terrifically Tacky Tape? Or Scor-Tape? How does it hold up overtime?

Please help!

Thanks in advance!
Emily

Do yourself and your project a favor, go to ScorPal and buy their tape...It is the best on the market even better than Red Line Tacky Tape...

I've heard that Scor-Pal tape is easier to use than Red Line Tacky Tape.

I've only ever used Scor tape and never have had a problem with it coming off a project. I like it better than the red line sticky tape because you can tear it instead of using scissors!

I've personally only ever used the Terrifically Tacky Tape, and I can tell you that it's not what you're looking for. I was hugely disappointed when I made my pocket folders with them ... and then saw them coming apart a few days later.

I have Scor-Tape (actually Sookwang from 7KidsCollegeFund) on my wish list right now, since I've heard nothing but good about it. I think that's what you're looking for.

I've used the Sookwang version of Scor Tape (same tape, different name= cheaper) on exactly what you are talking about and it's still holding up fine. I made little pocket note book covers and that stuff is strong! I think 7 Kids carries it.

I believe Sookwang out of Korea is the maker of Scor-tape. I found it at my local scrapbooking store and since I have started using it I have not bought any more red line tape. It comes in all differant widths. Price is better than red line tape. It sticks instantly and there is no moving it. Love it and have made the altered file folders to sell at crafts fairs this year with it.

I have used both the Terrifically Tacky Tape and the Ranger Wonder Tape. Both work great and are extremely long lasting. Sometimes too much so. Make sure you get it right the first time, because it is almost impossible to reposition.
