Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending April 11, 2010
Welcome to the Clean and Simple Favorites thread! You're invited to post links to your CAS favorites uploaded to the gallery in the past week. Newcomers are welcome!
My favorites list is huge this week and I've got to get ready for church. So I'll start this thread with some teasers to get you going....
artsy_em used Good Neighbors to make this poppingly adorable New Home card
keuby's Noel card combines kraft paper and bling perfectly
katolejnik made an amazing focal point using pressure embossing to create a shadow for her punched snowflake
Chinook made a totally fab one-layer Christmas card set for CCC with a rainbow ink pad to kick it up
Biggan is an amazing artist..this week, she's using encaustic wax painting (whatever that is?!?!) to make pure beauty
ApricotRose used circle punches to make a totally clever and cute and modern Just a Note card set
More to come later.... But in the meantime, why don't you post your favorites so we can all see what we missed this week in SCS's HUGE gallery!

I'm with LateBlossom - short of favouriting the entire gallery this week, I had to narrow it down a bit:
Eshac did a wonderful mini-watermelon notecard. Maybe I'm just in the mood for summer?
Mini gift card - Delicious Day by eshac at Splitcoaststampers
I love everything NikiE does, but not everything counts as CAS. I'm so pleased that this one is:
dahlia thank you by NikiE at Splitcoaststampers
CAS Thank You by nancy littrell at Splitcoaststampers I think this is apricot? The colour really spoke to me. Thank you Nancy Littrell.
Until I saw this by Angelladcrocket, I didn't know you could use Martha stamps this way? (as more than a border I mean) FANTASTIC!
CAS61 The Lord Determines His Steps by angelladcrockett at Splitcoaststampers
Kristielee did another watermelon - but the colours are so JUICY!
Watermelon Caterpillar by krystie lee at Splitcoaststampers
This one is so springy, and easy, great for mass-producing! Thank you BonnieRose.
Hello Hello by Unity, CAS CARDS by bonnierose at Splitcoaststampers
BonnieRose was on fire this week, with two of my favourites!
IPPITY Music of My Heart Set, Kim Kesti Sketch by bonnierose at Splitcoaststampers
Cricketeer - this should have been obvious to me, but it took your elegant take to make me shake my head (so classic and clean)
CAS61 Thank You by Cricketeer at Splitcoaststampers
LynniePoo used an embossing folder and took it to the next level:
CAS61 - Thinking of You by LynniePoo at Splitcoaststampers
I don't know if I love the dsp or the sentiment more on this card by NancyK.:
CAS61 Sentiment only.nk by NancyK. at Splitcoaststampers
I always think of this as a "LateBlossom layout" (per her ribbon scrap cards), but Peebsmama executed it gorgeously with dsp:
Patchwork Birthday by peebsmama at Splitcoaststampers
I was drawn to the vibrant colours by GlendaJ:
Simply happy by Glenda J at Splitcoaststampers
Thank you everyone!

Wow - it was such a thrill this morning to see that my card for the CCC10 challenge made it into your favs! It's hard to see, but there is a small gem in the center of the bloom, for some subtle bling. Thanks so much!

Thanks Diane and Kasia for mentioning my Planting Hope card! What a great way to end a Sunday and begin a new week! Thanks also to Karen for letting me know! It's especially nice since I've been crunching numbers for measurements for stamping room furniture and haven't figured it out yet! I was feeling discouraged but this perked me right up!
