Hello Everyone. A special thanks to all of you for your patience with me on getting this challenge posted. To Wendy and Patti...thanks for your concern. It was a bad fibromyalgia weekend for me and I never even left my house let alone gave any thoughts to scrapbooking. I knew what my challenge was going to be as I have them planned out in advance this year (yeah, me!) but, I did not have my sample page completed and my goal is not to post a challenge without an accompanying sample layout.;) So, without further ado....
From That's Life by Nic Howard:

Some things become such a constant in our lives that we don't realize we will miss them until they are gone. Each day arrives and we go about our daily business with these things being a regular part of life. Some are physical items, some are environmental factors beyond our control and some are behaviors of the people around us that will change as we each move onto the next phase or stage in our lives.
Take time to think about some of those constants. Write down the small seemingly unimportant events that happen every day. These things often provide the structure of our day to day living. They are the why, where, and what of our families and relationships. These little things range from the children watching TV (and what they are watching), to our pet's favorite place to lie in the sun, to the routines when our significant other comes home from work or play.
Your challenge this week is to create a layout based on something you would miss or already do miss from your everyday life.
Now it's your turn...
If you get a chance to play along be sure to share your work with us by either taking a digital photo or scanning it and uploading it to the gallery.

Weekly Challenge Line Up:
Thanks Ladies for checking out the challenge. This is definitely one to think about and ponder. I can think of several things that I will miss and several that I already do miss. I decided for my first page to take a more humorous spin on it. But, there are definitely more pages I could do and probably will. Can't wait to see what you all decide on. :p
I'm impressed. My rescued greyhound Danny Boy passed away in May of 2008, and I still have the photos sitting there, I can't bear to scrap them yet, it makes me so sad.

The pictures here are just a small sample of the one thing I adore about my DGS. He's a cuddler and when very little, loved to be held. Now he's 6, but he still likes to cuddle..just harder to fit on the lap now! I'm hoping he never grows out of this stage but I am sure he eventually will and I know I'll miss it tremendously.
