Tri fold template

Does anyone have one of these I could use please. Its the type that has three folds and the top and bottom fold out in the opposite direction to the folds.

Are you talking about a Tri Shutter card (pictured below)? If this is what you are looking for, you can find some great tutorials on Bonnie's blog.

This tutorial also has a coordinating gift box so you have to scroll down about 1/2 way through the post to get to the card instructions. There is a template diagram there.
