i use it!!! i can't see the newest gallery posts on the main page but i can see pics in the gallery when i go there. i am no help really....hope you get it to work soon!!!
I use Firefox as well. I just checked and I don't see the 3 latest "today's additions" in Internet Explorer though, either. I don't think it's a problem with Firefox. I hate IE!

I use firefox too - love it. Like the others...no pictures on the homepage (but I don't get those anymore in IE - have to use that at school) but the gallery works just fine.
I used to be able to see the gallery pictures, too, until this weekend. Now I can't see pictures anywhere! I haven't changed any settings, so don't know what happened.
I am somewhat computer illiterate, so don't even know where to start to tweak other settings!
Okay - I just found out what the problem was - I don't know if this will help anyone else- but I am so PROUD of myself for figuring this out - all by myself!!!
I clicked on Tools up in the task bar.
Then clicked on Options
Then clicked on Web Features
There's an option there called Load Images. Make sure there is a check in the box.
To the right of Load Images is a box called Exceptions.
When I clicked on exceptions, for some reason it said to block SCS!!! Not done by me! I removed SCS from the block list and voila! Images now appear on the gallery.
Kathy, I'm glad it was something in your settings .
As far as the images on the front page. . . those are temporarily unavailable for everyone. We've got some big changes coming, and once all the pieces are in place, you'll be way pleased!
I just started using firefox this morning actually. I had not heard of it before. Tell me why you like it more than ie. The only reason I am using it is because our computer crashed from a virus and a friend reloaded everything and added it to the menu and suggested we try it in luie of explorer. So I am! I'm not sure why though! Any comments you have would be helpful. Thanks,
Candy
Ok, I'm guessing that firefox is a new type of browser for the web??? This is the first I've ever heard of it....please tell me what it's all about and why you like it better than Internet Explorer. Can anyone get it? Is it something you can download from the Internet or do you have to purchase software from the store???? TIA

I ***LOVE*** that I can right click a gallery image and open it in a NEW TAB instead of a new WINDOW, so they're all tabs like file folders at the top.
I MULTItask on my computer, so I can have MANY things open and not fill up my bottom task bar
Since DH downloaded Mozilla Firefox I have had NO popups or spam. It is fast and easy to use. I have had no problems viewing the gallery. Maybe you computer had a brain fart and you need to redo your membership info.

Firefox is an open source code browser based on the Netscape platform (yeah, the browser that IE bludgeoned to death back in 199. Because the source code is open, anyone who knows how to write software can edit/update/improve the program. It has quietly become incredibly popular, and seems to actually be making the folks at Microsoft a bit nervous since it is now in the position Netscape was before being toppled by a newcomer.
I first discovered Firefox about five months ago when I was looking for a solution to the XP Service Pack 2 problem that had virtually crippled my computer. Firefox is WAY better at stopping popups and spyware than IE or any of those add-on spyware-blocking programs out there (some actually ARE spyware themselves). I had also been having problems viewing the gallery additions on SCS. Animated ads were showing up in place of many of the thumbnails, and Daven couldn't figure out what was wrong. Once I started using Firefox, the problem disappeared.
My boyfriend is a software engineer, and when he saw Firefox on my computer he was very proud of me for using it instead of IE!
