IFC 2009 "Getting out of Your Comfort Zone" Contest Details(No Posting Here, Please!)
In this thread I will be sharing the details of the "getting out of your comfort zone" IFC Contest that we are having for the first 2 months of 2009. :p
-Each weekly IFC challenge will be worth a set amount of points. The points will vary from week to week.
-With each challenge that's posted you will have the opportunity to earn bonus points. The bonus points and what you will need to do to earn them will be explained in that week's challenge post.
-Periodically throughout the contest there will be mini virtual crops that you can participate in for even more points.
-The time restraints, if any will be explained in each challenge that is posted.
-You may join the contest at any time.
-You may play any challenge as many times as you would like to increase your overall point total.
-All layouts submitted must be new creations.
-All layouts submitted must include photos.
-Guest designers are eligible for points just like any other member.
-At the end of the contest time frame the player with the most points will be the winner for that round and will receive a prize package of scrapping goodies from me.
*I have decided that since this contest runs for 8 weeks and everyone is really putting alot of effort into it that we will have 3 winners! Grand Prize Winner, 1st Runner up and 2nd Runner up.*
I will be posting players and their cumulative points in this thread.
Again, please do not post any replies in this thread.

Thanks Anavon! I'm so glad you have enjoyed it. I have had fun with it as well. Next time I will run it for a shorter period of time. But I really wanted this to be a jumpstart of scrapbooking for the new year. ;)

I just had the most exciting weekend and I want to share it with all of you. I went to my first ever scrapping retreat and I had a blast. I set my mind to making plenty of pages. Well I want to share that I scrapped for several hours all weekend and I finished 32 pages! Just wanted to share that!

Hi, I want to thank Jenn once more. I really got inspired by her contest and it gave me a huge push to start the new year with a bang. I have completed more pages thus far than all of last year. Because of the contest I am now almost through all my old pictures( 2003 and earlier). I had boxes of pictures before our move and now there almost all scrapped. I'm so thankful for the contest. I now have 10 photo albums organized and close to completion.

OMgosh I just got home from work and in todays mail there was a HUGE package from Jenn full of the most wonderful scrappin supplies. Jenn the stuff is perfect, it is as if you truly know my style. And you do know that fall pictures are my favorite to scrap so thanks for the wonderful fall paper and the great ribbon. Thanks so much! It was a truely awesome package.
