I don't exactly know all the details but don't worry, I will let you ALL KNOW when I find out exactly what's going on, I don't even know if I need to do anything, like make stuff..........or anything! i am almost hyperventilating............I sooooo wanna call Chris at work.......................................
By any chance does someone have PomPomabella that they could send me or images. I am in desperate need of it. I have just been invited to be a vendor at an cheerleader competition and this is the perfect stamp to use to make some things to sell. If anyone can spare the stamp or at least some images let me know.
Thanks,
Marci
Marci - I've got her too. If you need to borrow her or need lots of images just let me know. My mom and I did a cheer competition in Texas and we did the same thing. It was actually a great show for us.

Joy Joy - share, I'm soooo excited for you and I don't even know the news! LOL
boy it's been a hectic night for me. My DH was being nice and helping clean after dinner and he was putting some things in the dishwater and cut in pinky finger on a knife. I looked at the dishwasher and blood was everywhere. So I frantically got his shoes and took him to e-care for 4 stitches in his finger. I was surprised at how fast that they took us. We spent only about 2 hrs there. LOL! We're back home and his poor finger is all wrapped up. I was relieved that it didn't cut deep enough to injury the nerves in his finger. He's all upset that he can't play golf this weekend! MEN!

What are you doing letting him handling a knife in the first place???

LMBO! Well he wasn't exactly using the knife...ummmm it was a knife that I put in the dishwater and didn't place the sharp edge down. We just purchased a new set of knives and boy are they sharp! so while he was putting something in the dishwasher he somehow ran his finger across the blade. ouch! Feeling really bad!
oh Debbie, it's not like you did it on purpose, those things happen, I'm glad he's ok and you got in so quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you didn't happen to take pictures of him while in the ER did you? When I took DH there, he was not happy when i was taking pictures for scrapbooking.............

Hee-hee. Hope he feels better soon.....
He's so funny...when the dr came it and he asked wow how did you do that, my wonderful DH said "my wife tried to stab me with a knife and I was just defending myself"! The dr looked at me and I said "yea, whatever" don't believe him! That's my dh trying to be funny!

Oh joy - I wish I had though of that as we were walking out the door. I could have gotten some really good shots of the dr stitching him up. I told the dr that I sew and I could have done this at home! LOL!
LMBO Joy at your note! I don't leave mine notes...I tell him straight up...lol. Maybe that's why I'm driving him insane...lol. ;)
Ok...now I'm jealous of your laundry toting hubbies!!! Mine can't lift one finger...he even leaves dirty socks in the living room for "the maid" to pick up!!! HE'S 41!!! ***??? Oh he can frustrate me to infinity...but he does have his perks...lol!!! I almost have to BEG for him to help me with the vaccum or taking the kids to school when it's "that time" of the month! UGH!
Anywho...got home a while ago but was resting from a headache. Good thing the polling place was lonely when I got there...went in...got out! Easy peesy lemon squeesy! LOL!
HI MAMA!!! Smoochers!!!

I just got back from voting an experienced the same thing. When I went in no one was there, and then BAM! all of a sudden it got crowded. However since I walked there it didn't take that long to get it. It was about 1 block away from my house.
I walked straight up, signed the book and went straight in! I was forever grateful too; I had Annabella with me and I really feel like carap today!
If they do their own laundry or ANY they are keepers!
wait...Gene washed laundry yesterday! Is that the ONLY requirement??? Can't there be others??? ;) How about picking up his plates and glasses and not leaving his shorts wherever he steps out of them?
Not great news from the dentist - I got to go back Thursday, as it wasn't "just a bad canker sore" like I thought it was, she thinks my left molar is "dead" whatever the heck that means...she did the cold test and the battery test - NO response to either, might need a root canal....YIKES.... So this is what I get for EIGHT FREAKIN YEARS of braces??? :(
I have to go back Friday. Two "tough extractions requiring sutures". All while I'm waiting on my blood treatments still! yay. really. yay. :(
oh scrappy, I'm so sorry to hear you're stick yucky........bless your heart, you better be resting and not taking care of everyone else under the sun!!!!!!!!!
Scrappy how far are you from Jersey City? Looks like I may be coming up for a CHrstmas Party on Dec 5th and I might be able to get some shopping time in NY and NJ!
....about 20 minutes! WooHooo! another Ho visit another Ho visit!!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

Probably late to jump in about voting, but it took me all of 5 minutes (3 p.m.). The second I was done, I drove like a bat outta hell for my free Starbucks. I was PO'ed that I didn't get a voting sticker or receipt, but I showed them my voter registration card, and they filled my mug for free. Whoohoo! Shame more local stores didn't have promotions. I'd be happy to cash in anywhere.

Hi... I'm here, and now I am gone... my DH is critical, not as stable... and I am flipping tired! Got the kiddos camping out on the living room floor, and I am headed to the couch shortly - the things we do for kids!!!???
Hey guess what, there is supposed to be a family meeting with the doctor tomorrow - guess who didn't know about it? Yup! Me!
No, I am not drunk, high, or on drugs... I am just... just.. just..... ho-ing???
Gotta make some money to keep my man in the hosp! And, in oxygen!?
hey, and scrappy, guess what - he now has pneumonia too... so, do you think you could be a good woman and heal before he does!? I don't want to have to tell him he kicked his pnemonia before a woman! I'll never live it down....
Okay, going to bed... if I can get these darn black boots off.......

As funny as that is, I have to say SO NOT TRUE. At least at my house.
Chris does 50% or better of everything. If it's broken he fixes it ( I play yard gopher but that's about it on my occasions ), he cooks, cleans and pitches in 100% with the kids ( though I take on homework with Iain. It exceeds Chris's patience on most days... he has a hard time with helping Iain because it's so draining and time consuming. ).
The only exceptions are laundry and sewing. I don't want him to touch my washer EVER again ( one temp setting, too much soap and sorting colors is a waste of time for him ), and the man can't even attach a button to save his life.
I have to make my concessions to keep it that way, and lord knows I hate getting up at 5:00 A.M. but if it's between that and having to do all of the work myself, I'll just slug down some extra coffee faithfully and make sure that I have that martini shaker ready when he walks in the door at 4:42. ;)

I am SO glad that I wasn't drinking when I saw this bit...
Mine leaves his stuff in the same spot everyday ( he's a smidge OCD ), but that spot isn't exactly appropriate.
Thankfully he's filled with a sense of self-conscious decency, and keeps a pair of lounge pants in the laundry room... otherwise anytime we had people stop by on a whim, they'd get to see how wonderfully his boxers color coordinate with his t-shirt.
Yvonne, I hope that you are feeling better today. *hug*
Y'all get so chatty about the time that I hit the sack. I am generally up til midnight or close to it, but I'm in bed, reading.
I went against the norm last night, and stayed on the couch for what felt like an eternity, waiting for President Elect Obama to make his acceptance speech, but dozed off.. woke up just as he took the podium, caught most of it and then when I opened my eyes again it was 3:00 A.M.
