I have about $90 sitting in my paypal account and I want to do some spending. Which online retailers accept paypal and have low cost or FREE shipping? Thanks for your help!
www.allthatscraps.com takes Paypal and has free shipping over $25. Thta's the one off the top of my head. I just got an order from them. I'm sure there are more vendors.

paypal also has "secure card" [do a search on it] that creates a pseudo mastercard number for your paypal account - that way you can use your paypal money at any place that takes a credit card!

Sure wish I hadn't read through this thread -- I clicked and fell in serious love with Scrap Your Trip. Just what I need is more scrap stuff, lol.

Hambo Stamps accepts Paypal, and free shipping can be earned with a minimum purchase, or actual USPS first class shipping charges (no handling fees) if you don't qualify for free.
Not sure why my earlier post disappeared, but here it is again:

If your earlier post was similar to this one, it disappeared because it was self-promotional. SCS does not allow us to advertise our own wares. Unfortunate for retailers, but fortunate for SCS users who don't want to be inundated with constant advertising in the posts.

Ah, that pesky promotional posting guideline thing again...
Several posts in this thread have been reported and deleted today as being too promotional. I have restored most of them. Generally, in effort to keep our forums on topic rather than constant streams of advertising, we do not allow store and company owners to pedal/push/promote their products in our forums. That's our promo policy.
However, I just wanted to clarify that we DO allow store owners/representatives to answer original post questions without editorial comment. In this case, the posts of "I take PayPal, my shipping is $X.YZ" are fine. "I take paypal, my shipping is $X.YZ and my rock, paper, scissors are the best you'll find anywhere!" is NOT.
See the difference? If you have any questions about our advertising policies send me a note. I'd be happy to help you!

My demo does!
My Paypal balance never lasts long...besides it's connected to DH's account....so when he is running super late or stuck out of town, he says just go ahead and order something fun and use Paypal...and I forgive him...LOL
