I'm not going this year but have been there for the past 3 years. If you pick your classes right it's great, but you need to know which instructors are worth it. My friend helped me choose. And WOW! the shopping is incredible. There is almost no way to take it all in when you get over to the convention center - two floors of vendors, some with make-n-takes.....HEAVEN!
I can't go this year!! aaaahhh boooo hoooo
I did go by Stamp Your Art Out though and picked up my t-shirt. Maybe next year.
Please post any pics or interesting finds you see! TIA
Looks like mom (DawnL) and I are going again this year. We have gone for quite a few years now. It's like our annual trip even though our fair ends on that Friday. We only go for the Saturday but still have loads of fun. Maybe we'll run into some of you!

Hey I'm going and I hope i get to see you guys :-) Mom and I will be going friday night.
I will be there since I've gone to all but the very first one. Since I live in Cincinnati, I can focus my money on buying lol. There are also free demos at the store Thursday through Sunday BTW.
Did any of the folks who attended Stampaway get any amazing goodies? Despite thinking I did not need any new rubber, that is still what I spent the bulk of my money on at Carmen's Veranda, Artful Illusions, Coffee Break Designs (also got some stencils and acrylic inchies here), DP Artworks, and Invoke Arts. Also got a few brass stencils and supplies. I can only console meyself with the fact that my sister spend even more money than I did lol.

I did get new rubber. A few stamps from Northwood, one clear set from Stamp On It as well as some of the Black Magic paper. I got a lot of rubber in the hospice grab bags, but not my style. SIL spent way more than me. But other than a hotel fiasco it was a good time. I learned that just because you have a reservation for a room doesn't mean you will get it.Luckly a nice stamper gave us here suite and took the room that they wanted to put us in.
I need to look up where Strongvill OH is and decide if I am going there in OCT. I did see Bad Sherry but didn't reconize anyone else. I saw a pink SCS shirt going up the stairs but never found them again.
