I am here. I slept in real late 10 am. I do have a sore throat but I got up and said I have to clean my office closet. My aunt is really into organization and said if I didn't weed things out to go into a tag sale, throw them away or give things away she was coming to do it for me. I didn't want her going thru it because I wouldn't have too much left. I took me about 3 1/2 hours. I didn't talk much because every time I would open my mouth I would cough and irritate my throat. Watched a 2 1/2 hour movie in my bed with my daughter this afternoon and then went to dinner at my aunt and uncles hour. I am afraid to go to bed because I don't want to get sicker. I will be better by Thursday because I won't cancel. Tonight is my last night of vacation to stay up late so ... what ya want to talk about.

I had to buy the thing I stamped on. It cost me a whole .14 cent per person. I know I am a big spender. You all don't have to try to pay me back for the cost.

I have been sleeping since my last post! This weekend has been tiring. Yes, Tracy, I will be there for dinner on Friday. Bonnie, you better stay in bed all day tomorrow! You are right--you will not be sick--you will not cancel!
My husband commented on what I was bringing. I told him not bad for an 18 wheeler trip. He laughed. I so wish you girls could meet my aunt. She is such a wonderful person. She has it on her calendar about my trip. She is just as excited about me going as you girls are. I am going to pack my clothes tomorrow. I have to be ready.

Okay here's a strange questions for you. Bonnie do you know any of us by person or have met any one of us before? I find it unique that all of us are getting together this way and can't begin to imagine how much fun we are going to have.
Bonnie...no sicko. I was so sick last night and up all night...then slept till 11:00 today when the phone woke me. Now mind you I am up bring and early by 8:00 on the weekends because my internal clock gets me up at 5:30 weekdays for work. Today I had errands to run and hubby helped. Then came home and finished organizing a few more things and best of all I finally got all my pictures loaded onto my new digital picture frame. I LOVE IT.
Joy--I don't even have my second project done! I won't get anything together for a few days--I will make a list though!
Need help with your second project or ideas let me know.
I haven't made the list yet of what all I need to bring.
I haven't made the name tag yet either. But do I really have too.
You guys won't forget me I promise. I tend to not let people forget me!!
Have we decided what time we are off doing whatever on Friday. I can be up early as I don't want to miss anything. Shopping, exercising, scraping/stamping whatever you or anyone else wants to do. My day is planned with you. You let me know what you would like to do. I just love spending my time with my new "in person" friends.

I'm free by 7 a.m. on Friday! That's the time I drop Liz off at school. I will need to get back home to get dinner for Jim and Liz (they are both rather helpless around the kitchen!), but then I will be free for dinner Friday, stamping all day on Saturday, and whatever on Sunday!). I just have the feeling that we will not get much stamping done
Sandye and me are going out during the day. Don't worry I won't be late for dinner. I keep forgetting about my name tag.
I think I will be FRED.

YOU See we have this thing going on at work and its called the fred award.
Seriously I do have this award from our School District. IT's based on the book called the Fred Factor and its for individuals who go above and beyond. One of our 700 plus employees nominated me and although I do my job well and love what I do I wouldn't have ever thought about receiving it.
As a matter of fact I'm going to be in the paper this week. So you see FRED is taken.
Sandye's comment reminds me to tell you to include a little info sheet on your project in case people don't get to do it at the swap. They will have a info sheet on it so they can finish it at home.

Anyone else who wants to meet us on Friday, please feel free to. I thought I I was the only unemployed person (or at least just sometime employed--substitute teaching). I'm not sure what we will do, besides probably stop at the scrapbook store in Florence, Michaels, JoAnns, Hobby Lobby, and Creative Stamper. Then we will probably do lunch someplace and maybe even stop by my house so that Bonnie can help me finish up all of the incomplete projects I have (hopefully one will not be my second project for Saturday). I too keep forgetting that I need a nametag. If Bonnie is going to be Fred, maybe I'll be Ethel (are all of you too young to remember I Love Lucy?)

There is no questionaire. I just know a little about everyone so I put some questions down about things I already know about you girls. Also some of you sent me two answers to the questions. You don't have to have a hand-out for everyone, maybe 5 or so. Some people will just not get to everyone. I usually print mine small so I can get more on a page.

Bonnie is bad! She was asking if you were the lady in red (from the River Valley Nursing Home). She wants me to sit by her so that she will look thinner--and she wanted you to be that lady in red so that she would look younger. I have to admit I was impressed that you were still working when I saw that picture!

Oh, I thought you were all from the nursing home. You girls aren't the residents. They told me I was having 10 women in wheelchairs and gray hair. They also told me to watch out for what I feed you. Do you all have teeth at your ages. LOL

I know which one you are--I read too! I was commenting on a picture of a child with a resident from a nursing home who was wearing red! Obviously, much older than you. (I have a strange sense of humor!)
What a slam Bonnie! My teeth have now been attached since the end of November. Finally bonding takes place on Jan 25--I am overdue to loose them! I knocked on wood.
