There is a wonderful card shown in the gallery that I'm dying to make! It is a piece of the Au Chocolat dp folded to look like a men's dress shirt. Does anyone out there know how to fold these? Please email me at [email protected] if you can help me out. (I thought I would blend this technique with the batik technique and make a takcy hawaiian father's day shirt!)

This whole site confuses me no end. I go to techiniques and all I find is coments on the techinique. WHERE DO I FIND THE TECHINIQUE DIRECTIONS?!? Once in a while I fall into to one with just plain dumb luck. I've been looking for the shirt techinique this evening and guess what......
Any help with all this would be appreciated. Since I can't find what I'm looking for here please email me at [email protected]. Now I just did something I said I'd never do. I put my email out there for the world to see. That is just how desperate I am.

In the upper right of the site there are links: home, gallery, forums, resources, etc. Click on the resources link. You'll find the technique instructions there.
I was having trouble figuring out the folds on this, so I went to cambriaturnbow.blogspot.com/ that was mentioned in one of the responses, and I have to say thanks! It was so much easier following her instructions. I think I learn better by "doing" rather than looking at a diagram, so thanks for the tip! My husband's Father's Day card will have something new that he's not seen before, and I know he'll love it! :0) Cindy
Thanks for the fab instructions, having just moved here from the uk my craft equipment is on a ship right now!!!! so I have limited craft equipment so this card is ideal for me to make a Fathers Day card.
I too used Cambria's instructions and am delighted with the way my shirt turned out. However I had thought about using this technique in the future to make the shirt with a bank note (bill) but how to you adhere the money to the card so it can be easily removed by the recipient? Inquiring minds need to know :-D
Good luck with your move Sam, I envy you your access to all the fab craft shops in the US, we are very poorly served in comparison for crafting in the UK aren't we? xxx
I am desperately trying to find the directions on how to make one of those cool shirt cards for Father's Day (I know last minute). Can anyone please point me in the direction on to make one? Thanks a million.
You guys are great!! I have a sample of this folded shirt somewhere in my piles and piles of cards. I'm not even sure where to start looking for it and you wonderful ladies have two sources for me!! Thanks so very much for posting this info. I will bookmark both and then I can find it again!!

Glue Dots now make removable dots that are great for this.
