Does anyone know what shipper Viking office supplies uses to ship to residential customers?

It really depends on the area you are in. I've gotten both UPS and FedEx deliveries from Viking.

Per Viking support - the delivered means they delivered it to a third party carrier. The gentleman I spoke with said almost all packages go UPS now. My delivery time in VA has ranged from 2 days to over a week.

My stuff has been delivered by a special courier and in 24hrs. I live in the midwest.

My FedEx has been next day from Charlotte to Mooresville (about 30 miles).

I live in the Denver area and ordered a bunch of the Tombow adhesive yesterday morning and I received it yesterday afternoon! Less than 8 hrs! Now that's quick service! I'm not sure what carrier they used though as I wasn't home.
