STAMPING AND EXERCISE
We all understand stamping and scrapbooking as a hobby, but what
about their merits as exercise? Ladies, I believe we have
inadvertently overlooked the physical benefits of stamping and
scrapbooking!! For example:
CYCLING: Take out your stamps and pads, make some projects, clean
the stamps, put them back, take them out, make some projects, clean
them, put them back. . . .sounds like cycling to me!
SIT-UPS: Like. . .duh! You have to SIT UP to stamp!
RUNNING: Constantly running out of cardstock and adhesive!
SKIPPING: Skipping your lunch and stamping right through the day!
CRUNCHES: Trying to finish stamping the birthday card as you are
running out the door to the party! = time crunch!
JOGGING: Great scrapbook pages are perfect for jogging the memory!
SWIMMING: Swimming in supplies! Woo hooooooooo!
PUSH-UPS: Push up the total sales on your workshop and get more
benefits! Yipeeeee!
FAST WALKING: From your stampin' area to the front door and back
again, constantly checking to see if the UPS man has come yet with
your new stamps!
AEROBICS: an exercise used to increase the heart rate. I increase my
heart rate by cruising through the catalogue and finding great stamp
sets to order and very cool projects to make!!
LOW-IMPACT AEROBICS: Setting your budget at under $100!!! (Tricky)
STRETCHES: Stretching the amount you have to spend to get the most
bang for your buck!
. . .and don't forget:
DANCING: dancing the happy dance every time new goodies arrive at
your door!!!
