And i found this page on the Rhonna Farrer autumn leaves stamps, where it says that the Rhonna Farrer stamps can not be used for commercial purposes.....
Jane! You rock! Apparently I am not a good googler!
On the second site you posted I saw this "ANM Stamps - Copyright All Night Media. Artist lines (Susan Branch, Anna Griffin, and Brenda Walton) may not be used for commercial purposes. The regular line of images may be used for resale if the images are hand-stamped. "
A few months ago I found something that said the Anna Griffin stamp COULD be used for sale..... ERG!!!

If you find any info about this on the manufactorers homepage, i would rely on that info. But i have to agree with you that this information was very hard to find, and i have asked around on some of the Norwegian forumas about Heidi Swapp's products, but no one seems to know......Now you got me all curious.....lol

I know this is an old thread, but... recently I emailed BrendaWalton (or some company that sells her stuff) and Doug Peckham of Brenda Walton called me back and said he was giving me permission to use any Brenda Walton stamp I wanted if I hand-stamped the card on Etsy. In my email request to them, I gave them all the information that was requested (name of stamps I wanted to use, type of card I wanted to sell [birthday cards] my name, address, email address, phone number, etc.), and specificly asked if I could sell on Etsy. (I haven't even made any cards for sale...just a nice dream at this point)
Now I am searching for Anna Griffin's Angel Policy. (actually, this thread came up in my Google search for "Anna Griffin Angel Policy"!!! Argh!!!!!)

Hampton Art's policy was actually fairly easy to find, it's linked in a little more detail here (basically, yes, ok to use for resale): http://www.hamptonart.com/copyright
