I'm not sure where a good place online would be, but you could check your local stamp/scrapbook store. They don't carry them at my Scrapbook Store, but the lady working said they have special ordered them in for customers.
Good luck!

I get mine from Dorothy Cummer. I am pretty sure she does mail order. She's located in Canada. Email me and I can pass her info onto you. [email protected]
Your chances of finding them and getting a low shipping price are slim as the punches are pretty heavy - I had ONE punch mailed up here (a giga) from a friend in the US and it cost around $7 US to ship.
I dont know if this helps...
but we are visiting my inlaws for Christmas in Toronto.
If you trust me you could have it mailed to my adress and i could take it over the boarder for you.
You would need to figure out how much shipping would be for you from Whitby ontario to your place. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart close to our house and i could probably shipp from there.

Or find a place that has enough stuff you want to buy to fill a global priority box with including your punch and shipping will be ~$5 or $7.50, and you will have all kinds of other stuff too. JoAnn has a bunch of dollar ColorBox embellishments that would make good padding for a giga punch, frex.
I would *totally* offer to help all the fine Canadian SCSrs out (I live just down the street from the PO), but there isn't a giga punch to be seen anywhere here so far. (Tho I have to go to Dallas this month and could possibly hit up a scrap store there that might have some.)
I just recently ordered a Giga Scalloped Circle punch from www.franticstamper.com (in the U.S.) -- I am in Canada -- the shipping was $7.50 for one punch -- this is a heavy punch. So I dont think that you'll find shipping to Canada cheaper anywhere. Also, even if you buy it in Canada online somewhere (if you are lucky enough to find one), the shipping wont be cheap -- shipping charges are expensive in Canada. My lss doesnt carry them ... I havent asked about a special order, but maybe will enquire after Christmas. Good luck finding one! I'm looking forward to mine arriving soon!
I got my oval punches from frugalities.com and their shipping is based on value so you won't get nailed for the heavy punches. Unfortunately, they were out of that particular shape the last time I checked. (mid-November). They have lots of sales and the shipping is really fast!
I decided to order from Fran at FranticFran stamping after all. Especially when I read that shipping in Canada is expensive as well. I ordered 3 giga and 1 mega punch (all scalloped) and the shipping cost was 20 bucks for the 4 punches. Considering the weight of the package (these punches ARE heavy), I was ok with this. She is getting in more next week. Says she can't keep up with the orders. Also, these punches are soooo NICE. The lever on them is awesome. I got some Mega punches from her and was really pleased with them.:-D
I got mine from a scrapbook store in London, Ontario. They ordered it in for me and I paid 27.99 for it...just to let you know how much it is over here. The store is called Scrapbook Studio Inc. (519-474-2665)

I figured out the cost of my scalloped punches from Franticstamping. For the 4 punches, it worked out to be 17.69 each U.S. With 21 bucks U.S. for shipping. So, even when you add the change in dollar, Fran's stamps are still cheaper than many places, including Canada. Maybe something to look into. I always thought buying them from a Canadian retailer would have to be cheaper.
The total for the stamps was 70.76 US for the 4 punches...I just divided by 4.
I ordered mine from an online store in the US called The Frantic Stamper. I've known Fran for years and she's always been helpful in contributing to my addiction!
Yes, love Fran. I just received my 6 punches today....yes, I took the plunge and ordered 3 giga and 3 mega punches (in the square, circle and oval shapes) from Fran. She shipped them last Thursday night, and just under a week later, Thursday morning 9am, they were at my door!

Denise is right....
6 Clever Lever scalloped punches in the giga and mega sizes cost me $100.74 (US). Shipping was $24.00 (US)....total of $124.74 (US) divided by 6 punches = $20.79 (US) each punch. Factor in the exchange rate, and Fran's would still be a good bargain.
HTH!
