Yup, poppin pastels. Stamp your image with Versamark and 'color' with chalks using those little eye makeup sponges or little cotton balls. Here is a card I just posted using this technique.

It is really easy. I sealed mine with a Krylon spray called Workable Fixative. I use it because it sprays on without any shine and you can still work on your image if you want. BUT hairspray does work fine and is cheap.
There is a blending solution that you can use with a paintbrush and pick up some of the chalk and 'paint' the image. It works good too. Sorry, don't have an image of that. Saw it demoed in March at a rubber stamp convention.
You can also take a cake pan and put about 1" of water into it. Scrap your chalk into it. You can use 2 or three colors. Then take your card stock and lay face down on top of water. Carefully lift out and lay on newspaper to dry. It makes the most beautiful background. Here is a card that I did with that technique.
