Default Magnets

Hello .. I was wondering, where I can find some strong magnets for the 2x2 tiles? I have a roll, but I tried it out and it won't hold a piece of paper to well. It starts to slide down. I want to make some of these for a craft show. I don't want to sell something that doesn't work well. :(

Thanks in advance.

I've seen them at the craft stores (Mikes and Joann's), but I don't know if they're any stronger than what you have. When I was a kid, I remember seeing that Radio Shack sold them. Maybe they still do?

Try www.wholesalersusa.com for the megnets. They sell them to use with glass pebbles (which they also sell).

I buy craft magnets at Walmart in the crafts dept. Small round magnets are much stronger than the magnet tape.

If you want to send me your address I will send you some magnets to try. They are sheets that are about 3x6 that you could cut to size. I got them free from a friend and have enough to share some. I used them for making magnets using fabric with fusible web ironed on to cardstock.
