Default Any exp. with Saddle Stitch or Accordion book?

Hi
I was thinking of making a paper bag album brag book for my kids but the acidity in the paper bags bothers me. So I was looking through the IB&C and wondering what the Saddle Stitch and Accordion books were like as I am assuming they are acid/lignin free. There are very few pictures of books (just the samples on the same page).

Does anyone have any experiences or pictures with these products that they'd like to share?

TIA,
Marina

I have both but I haven't tried the saddle stitch yet.

The accordian is super easy and it comes with way more pieces (frames, tags, you name it) than I could figure out what to do with. I made an accordian on my own (not the SU kit) and it didn't turn out great. I thought the kit was much easier. I may try the saddle stitch for father's day...though that is coming up fast!
