Sorry - new to SCS - what are the groups all about? What are the advantages/disadvantages of being in a group?

You just get to associate with like minded people doing like minded things. I belong to the RAK group. Random Acts of Kindness. We like to send and receive RAK cards just out of the blue or for a birthday. There are other groups, weight loss, etc., but you can read about them on the home page.
