Cd Case Holder Template

Hey everyone im looking to make some cute picture cds for some close family members and i dont just want to wrap it in wrapping paper so my question is dones anyone have any ideas or a template to hold the cd case itself and all or just any ideas period anything would be helpful im sure ill hear some great things thank you a head of time

I love this one, posted by someone on this board about a year ago. it requires a 12x12 paper and there is lots of room for stamping and writing what's on the cd or journaling. I can't find a pic in the gallery right now but even though the directions seem complicated, they're pretty clear.
