Here in St. Louis we also had an ice storm and are waiting for a big snowfall. Everything is closed, schools, malls, no trash pickup but to my surprise the UPS driver delivered my Stampin Up order...

I always put Mod Podge on the back of the paper...

I always put Mod Podge on the back of the paper and the surface you want it glued to. You have to work fast because it dries very quickly. A brayer helps a lot to get it stuck down well.
