Smile will the cd/dvd burning program in Adobe Premier Elements 8 conflict with Roxio?

Does anyone have these two programs? My uncle emailed me asking if he could run these two together and I have NO idea. I called Adobe to no avail so if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
