I use a piece of fun foam in there as well, and it acts as an additional shim. Keep trying, it WILL work!! You just need the right combo sandwich! :-)

Try running the seam where the lid screws on to the bottle under hot water, that should lossen the "glue" and allow you to open it. :-)

I bought some page protectors from Costco and tried one of those...BUT, I didn't notice that the plastic has a texture to it that interferes with the technique. Other type of page protectors work...

I just did the technique using Pumpkin Pie & Chocolate Chip. Then I stamped the turtle from Nature Prints (summer mini 2006) on the glossy, its gorgeous!! I haven't gotten any further...
