How about strips of journaling/gratitude prompts and attach it to a small journal. Include a pen, if possible and cost-effective. Maybe box it all up since they are gifts.

Well, I guess it wasn't Auntie Amy but she did have gorgeous floral images, usually in several sizes.

I think Stampsmith might have also done photo images. I know Hearts in Touch had many of those.
