It's from Ranger Ink Refresher. If the filling on the inside is dry all throughout, scribbling in it will not work, just for a bit and then the problem is back. Take it out and fill it as I described.

Refresher will work if you add drop by drop into the felt inside of the pen.. Let a drop soak in first, then add another drop etc. until you see it has rehydrated the whole of it. I stuck one end...

I had some succes.. I opened up both ends and took the filling out, cleaned all the felt-like pen parts with a good soak overnight in some soapy hot water, to moisten them, but also to take out dried...

Yes.. I think I will give them to charity.. I do not use them anymore.. Every time I tried to use one I gave up when it was dried up, and thought .. why bother to use them. It's sad... Ranger des not...

Yes, of course. If I thought it was my own fault that they'd dried up, I wouldn't even bother asking. I have the Promarkers now, bought them second-hand and they are marvellous, so juicy, and older...

I refilled a few with a reinker, but still consider sending a complaint to Ranger.. I have cheaper markers which still write after many more years I have the DM's. It's not that they are dry now......
