It's not at mine yet but the paper isle has a ton of stuff on clearance and the aisle is getting empty. The clear stamp section is heavily clearanced as well.

They go on the outside of the jewel case and then you put the stamps on the inside of the jewel case (match them up with the stickers on the outside). Does that help?
