Remember the candy "dots" that were on the paper and you pulled them off to eat... that is what these are like... but instead of eating them you embellish...

I think I know what you are thinking of... mix 1/8 tsp. of Pearl Ex in a travel size bottle of cheap hairspray. Mix together and gently mist the hairspray on your paper to leave a nice sparkly sheen!
