Goo Gone or UnDu both work. Or cooking oil(vegetable, olive, etc.) is supposed to work well on sticky stuff too.

I buy the AdTech brand at Walmart. Cheap, sticks great and easily found! I don't have as much trouble with them as I did with the Tombow either.

I usually do the 3 cards measuring 4x5.5 inches. That quarter inch really isn't noticeable at all!
