Here is a page I did for Sharon's featured stamper week and I also did one of her cards.
This page is from a storm we experienced in 2009. So, no worries friends... this is long cleaned up and we don't even live there anymore and thankfully no one was injured.
Our VERY OWN Sharon is the FS?! How AWESOME
I absolutely want to play along. Off to look through my faves, I'm sure I have several Sharon inspirations
So I scraplifted one of Sharon's pages tonight and then realized I can't post it until 040119 ... it's with new papers that I got that aren't released until then...at first I thought "ugh" but then...I realized, just another reason to go pick another page

Happy Friday/Thursday ladies and weekend. Sorry I've been away and no scrapping still. Life is crazy still and I am like the energiser bunny but looking forward to slowing down. Our house is gleaming but chores don't get my scrapping done :(
We fly out next weekend and we are not organised so next week I will not be playing golf and although we have some catchups with friends that we haven't seen for a while, apart from seeing them and family we will be spending time on getting organised and ready. Hopefully there will be a little time to craft. Time will tell.
Hubby has left me some research to do on more trains and tours this morning whilst he's at golf but I told him that this morning I am crafting...after chatting. Today is his birthday. We head out when he gets back to see the poppets and then for dinner. This weekend is a write off with birthday brunches, the footy (the season has started and we have membership seats), Sunday our last game of golf so that day is out. I'm exhausted thinking about it.
Anavon...I am so sorry I haven't done your foul yet....I am leaving it on my list and if I don't get to it this month, then I will do it eventually. I still have challenges from last year from Lela on my list...I'm so bad.
I have made a couple of cards but they have been very quick and easy. I also have to do Sharon's card this morning. I would love to do a scrap lift and think Amy and Lela rock doing this for Sharon...I did think about it but time just isn't on my side right now. I'm been busy putting kits together to mail to the US for friends and before I know it, 3 hours or more has gone whilst I've been in my craft room and made very little.
I feel that all I do when I come on this thread is whinge and make excuses....I am so sorry. You all commit each month and do and I commit and never make it. It just is what it is right now for me.
Life is just crazy busy right now...it just always seems to be. I fit as much as I can into my day and evenings is my time with my hubby and family. I know everyone is busy and Lela especially yet she finds time to do so many LOs. I think at the end of the day it is all about choices and when I go into my craft room and look at my challenge list, I choose the easiest one first and work down from that. I have over-committed as usual but need to stick with it and find a better plan on my return.
I really wanted to check out all of the recent LOs you ladies have made and leave some love but will have to leave for another day. I've been online since early morning and apart from doing a couple of chores in between, all I seem to have done is chat and post my favourites and leave some comments on some creations. Gosh, my NY resolution of not coming onto this site has been blown out of the water weeks ago LOL. I need to find balance again and an easier way to keep in touch. I just love this site and you ladies and love chatting. No wonder I get nothing done.
Don't give up on me yet ladies...I do tend to be like this with scrapbooking. I have my mojo, lose it, find it again, then lose it again....I'm like a roller coaster.
Happy scrapbooking and I will check in when I can. Have fun. Hugs

Thank you Sharon...I am a worrywart. I don't like committing and then not doing what I say. It bugs me. Sending love and hugs...keep enjoying your week
Happy weekend everyone...off to the footy soon.

Sharon M. I am astonished and overjoyed for you getting so much done! You really are maximizing your scrappy time and skills. Happy for you.
Jayne, you are blessed by God with these opportunities to travel the world. Enjoy these moments, and every one you spend with your dear husband and the rest of your family. Do not fret because you will get to your craft in due time. Go in peace, with thankfulness in your heart! I'll be "watching' you on FB!

Month is almost over and like last month I did not make my quota as predicted! Not a problem tho, what will get done will get done. As long as I get my kids wedding album done by October it will be good!! Only 20 years in the making!!! LOL
Wow ... so tonight I counted up my March .... WOW!
I finished 57 pages ... and 4 cards.
I was thinking about what all of you said and it's really about "choices". Right now is a really "scrappy" time in my life. My day job is on "travel hiatus" ( I hear perhaps only until tomorrow) and my kids are grown so it's given me lots of time to scrap in February and March.
I believe like Joyce said, there are different seasons ... we're either busy making memories (taking photos) OR we're home scrapping them Both are good.
I chose to scrap and not spend less time online this month so I don't have many photos uploaded to the gallery but I'll get some of my faves added tonight
