Glad you can join us tonight, Janelle! Well, usually the clock is ticking all too fast for us at Verve headquarters on release day because we have a lot to do to get ready for these events. :D But we are super excited for tonight's release! Looking forward to chatting with everyone soon!!!

I'm so excited to see the sets in full. I don't have any Verve sets (yet!), but the posts on Jen Tapler's blog drew me in. I love tropical/beachy sets, and can't wait to place my first order.

I'm curious, how quickly do items ship? Do they sell out quickly (like PTI sets at release time)? Unfortunately I can't hang out on the computer tonight, but can probably pop in again later to place my order. Just wondering how fast I need to be with the trigger finger (lol!).

Is it time yet??? I sound like my kids used to on trips. Are we there yet? LOL

Hi Lori ! Another Twilight fan,eh?? Me too! I know they ship quickly. Great customer service. Maybe someone else can answer about things selling out...I have always been able to buy what I wanted and they were available. :-)

Yowzers! I've been out of town and almost missed the party! Thank goodness I am addicted to Verve gal blogs so I just saw the post. Woohooo!!!

We have sold out of sets in the past, but generally not within the first few days of their release. So, don't injure your clicking finger or anything. :)

If we do end up selling out, then we place an order to get the set back in stock in a reasonable timeframe. Sometimes when the set is very popular we have setup notification lists so that customers who choose to sign up are emailed as soon as it is back in stock.
