Default My New Blog - You might like to see it

Just wanted to let all of you lovely stampers know that I have moved my blog and started to do something new that some of you might enjoy. I found that I see these great ideas here and on other blogs that I wanted to be able to reference back to with some ease. I have found a program that allows me to do this. I can actually clip the image with the web address in which it came from - all posted nice and neat on my web site. I welcome you to visit and maybe yours will be there highlighted some day It always gives your site credit of where the idea came from so it helps generate hits to your blog too.

Happy Stamping!

Hi Kat!

I just want to ask, do you get the designer's permission before featuring cards? If not, you might want to consider it.

I've seen other best-of or favorites type blogs, and I know that many people do not appreciate their work being shown without permission.

Just one reason is if a project is picked up for publication, they are required to delete it anywhere that it appears online. If it's all over the place, that's difficult to do. Also, many people have copyright statements posted on their blogs about use of their photos. Your blog isn't posting these along with the pics, kwim?

I'm not trying to be a wet-blanket, honest! You're obviously wanting to be considerate by posting their blog link, but I just want to give you a heads-up that some designers may consider it bad form to use their pics without permission.
