I'm just starting to get into flowers for my cards, a lot of them I have learnt to make myself but recently bought a heap on ebay - around 300 lol so, how am I going to store them? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
I feel I will need them to be visible not only so I will remember to use them but also because it will pretty my craftroom up I think?
After trying many, many ways I know have them in glass jars sorted by color. If I only have a couple of a type or they are small I put them in my Scrap Rack by color.

I store my plain flowers in glass jars organised by colour. Patterned or lifel ike flowers (that can easily squash) I keep in their original packaging and have a dedicated drawer for them.
I too struggled with what I was going to do with my flowers. I had them in little glass jars that I bought at IKEA sorted by color but quickly ran out of jars doing it that way. Storing these little things took up a lot of space on the shelves in my small craft area. I was also running out of room for stamps. So I picked up this jar/container at Tuesday Morning for $5.99. It is round with sections divided into 8 separate compartments. I was able to fit all of my flowers into this container sorted by type (no longer by color). My plan is to unmount my stamps (oh I dread this task) to free up more space. I will probably go back to the jars once I find more room. But it is working for me right now and takes up less space than all those little jars.
The canisters I bought at Big Lots were only $2 and they store a lot of flowers with no crushing. The large blossoms (4") I store in a large clear class cookie jar.
I sorted my flowers by ROYGBIV/white/black/brown in clear plastic jars from JoAnn's (6 jars to a pkg, 2 pink lids, 2 blue lids, 2 purple lids) and have them on Lisa and & Becky metal shelves (discontinued).
