I keep all my acrylic stamps on the sheets they originally cameon - i have all of these in a storage box that I can "flip" through. For rubber, if they are on wood mounts, i have them in drawers. If they are unmounted rubber, I put them on ez mount. I then keep them on the storage sheets made for EZ mount, then in binders. Recently I discovered stufftainers made by stampendous - they come in different thicknesses. The thinner ones work well for unmounted stamps, and the thicker work for wood mount. I think these would probably be safe for acrylic as well.
I buy my EZ mount and storage pages from Sunday International: Sunday International Rubber Stamps and more
I usually wait for one of their sales and/or free shipping and buy a case for the cheapest price. They also give an extra discount to Demonstrators when you create a log in.
I keep mine stored in these binders. I got them from an online store here in Canada. I was originally using the JustRite binder inserts but they were getting really pricy, so what I did was laminate some cardstock, punched holes in the sides and I use those in the little binders. I have mine all seperated by categories ie. baby, halloween, love, sentiments only, valentine's, christmas etc.
I really like the "box binders" b/c I don't ever lose any of my stamps. Mine are all unmounted and this way works well for me.
Edit In: Wanted to mention the "binder inserts" I made, I rounded the corners of the cardstock, ran it through my machine and then rounded the corners of the laminated paper (it has a 1/8" laminated border on each side). =D

Thanks, Dee.
I have a bunch of the self-stick laminating sheets. I think I might give them a try. I'll still have to buy the EZ Mount for the stamps I currently have on wood.
I am a little nervous about unmounting, because many of my wood-mounted stamps are tiny, some are smaller than 1" and I worry there may not be enough surface for the EZ Mount to stick--to the stamp, the storage card and the stamping block.
Anyone have problems with smaller stamps sticking?
Thanks, Dee.

They do have a bit of a problem sticking, that's why I like the little binder boxes. Could you get just one binder box for the tiny stamps and see if you like that system? It really helps me keep track of them.
I also have a smaller binder with the same sheet size as the laminated sheets and I stamp the paper so that it matches where I put them on my laminated sheets. This also helps me when I'm looking for something specific. I am such a sucker for the $1.00 stamps at Michael's and have LOTS of stamps. lol
Unikeep is my source for the plastic binder boxes. Here's a link to the A4 size (on sale now), but they have all kinds of sizes. 45mm View Case Binder™ - A4 - G12500
They also have plastic divider tabs that I have been using to cling my stamps to, but not totally happy with this solution. Like the idea of laminating cardstock and using that instead.

Does anyone have any of these binders? I am wondering how many sheets of stamps one binder holds????????????????
For safety of your stamps:
Don't store cling mounted rubber on any material containing acetate. They will fuse together over time.
Don't store rubber in sunlight. The UV rays cause chemical changes and the rubber becomes more brittle. Oxygen also causes changes...slowly.
*** JUST A NOTE OF CAUTION *** I store all my unmounted stamps in the cases from SU! Recently, in the process of breaking apart sets, I noticed that those cases that held any clear stamps were warping ... didn't matter who the mfg was either. I have several pricey sets from reputable companies as well as some of the less expensive $1 sets ... all the cases showed the same signs of warping. I removed them all and placed on acrylic sheets I had set aside for other uses in the hopes that will solve the issue. I am keeping sn eye on the cases... anyway - just thought I would share that little lesson. From now on I will attach the clear stamps to the cases.
I just unmounted over the weekend. Also thinking about splitting up my sets! (GASP!) Right now the are shoved into a total of 10 SU! clamshell boxes, but I am very grateful for the above suggestions! THANKS!

I have four sheets in one of those binders. The stamps are either clear acrylic or bare rubber. I also have stamps on the insides of the case itself, so the binder holds quite a few stamps.
