For my embellishments, I use several Plano Stow N Go tool boxes with plastic pull out containers. I store the tool boxes on a book shelf and it makes it super easy to grab and go to a crop. They come in several sizes. I have three of the small four-drawer boxes this like one:
Plano  :: Stow

Clever, I need to find these containers. The wooden rod - that's a kitchen towel holder right?

I was at Walmart this past week-end and they had the plastic containers for .97
They were located by the beads and such.
