I store mine in the Cardkeeper containers. You can get them at AC Moore, Joanns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby and I have seen them in Office Max too. The prices vary...they are on sale right now 40% off at Michaels. They will hold around 24 of the 6x6 pads.
Here is a link to see it...

Thank you. I wouldn't have thought of that.

I currently use a wooden drawer unit that IKEA used to make. I don't recall the name anymore but it came with 2 options.

1. You could have 3 drawers ( this holds 2 stacks of 6x6 pads)
2. The other had 9 drawers. I keep my chalks, ink refills, post-its and extra pens in.

I have the CTMH storage box and am in the process of finishing up organizing my craft room. And I'm still looking for room for all my supplies. This tip will really help me a lot.

my 6x6 pads are in 2 or 3 plastic storage bins. they need to be re-sorted, however I do put them in ziploc baggies with the scraps on the backside of the bag. Otherwise I would never use the scraps. WHen I work on project I tend to try to use the scraps first (doesn't always work that way.
