    Hey SHari....I thought I'd mail you off the thread rather than bore them with diet talk.....

    I do WW as well so if you every need anyone to discuss or toss around thoughts with just give me a shout. I am trying the Simple Start plan myself. I got the book at the meeting today. We have a WW at work program so it is nice to not have to go out to get weighed. I LOVE our leader, she is so down to earth and tell it like it is for her. Not anyone who makes you feel like eating those chips or cookie was the worst thing ever. She has the same struggles as the rest of us I guess I should say and she talks about it!! I didnt do too bad but since I stopped tracking awhile back it is going to be good to be focused on it again. I put on 4lbs in Dec and I think it was all in the last two weeks!! I was home and bored so much that all I did was eat and go out for a foo foo coffee here n there etc!! If only it came off as easy as it goes on!
