I live in NY. Some libraries WILL charge their patrons a materials fee and ohters will not. I get paid to do library programs, am not allowed to sell or advertise SU. Some library systems have a performers showcase once a year. Took me three years to get in, but well worth it. I did 13 programs this past summer at just ONE library. Best of luck!
