Hi, I really am not sure what I am doing here, but I will try. My name is Judi and I live in Orting, Washington. I love sewing and working with paints and now learning to make books. So many things I would like to learn, however, I have a question. Is there a difference in using alcohol verses plain water when making shimmer mist? Can someone please let me know which is best, I would love to make my own and have the ingredients. Thanks
