IC101 - Ecard [10-Nov-07]
Inspiration Challenge 101 - ECard - IC101
I found this e-card at Blue Mountain Cards a long time ago. I really love the fallish colors of the piece and thought it would be a good time to bring this one out. (Pardon the cursor-capture...I thought I had that turned off!)
[I'm having attachment issues again....please see next post for the image - thanks!!]
How to Play View the attached image. You may be inspired to recreate the piece - but that isn't necessary...get your inspiration from the colors, layout, or 'theme'. Don't worry - no card is 'wrong'! There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild -- be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Thank you.
Can't wait to play with such bright colors. Thanks for the challenge Karen.

Not sure which one... when I click on Blue Mountain cards I get a fall scene up first but the attachment in the second post is different. Am I doing this right?

Here's mine - pls be kind!! I have a really hard time with these Inspiration Challenges. This one is totally out of my comfort zone - way too busy. But here it is anyway! IC101 E Card by hskelly at Splitcoaststampers

I have to say that is a lovely e-card...and it really inspired me! I was beginning to think I couldn't create, nothing I did for any of the challenges was worth posting this week; if they even got completed before I through in the towel. But I do like what I came up with this time:
Wow...this was a wild one. I tried to wrap my brain around it far too long And I'm not too sure about it! I found it difficult to create the right balance...
Love this one! As badly as I wanted to go with flowers for this, I went with the comment DH made about the inspiration piece! Here's the result: Galaxy card
The cute e-card was a little busier than I could handle, so I just went with the shapes and colors. I'm using new photo software and am still trying to get the color intensity right.
OK...Karen! This may be a bit of a stretch for the challenge but I wanted to play so badly as it has been quite a while. I have a class to prepare for for tomorrow so I decided to try and do both. I had lots of fun. Just consider my snowflakes and designer paper to reflect the flowers and swirls in the inspiration piece.
