Mapquest says from Alexandria to Ft. Meade is about 39 miles and takes approximately 48 minutes. Of course, door-to-door directions would be different...and traffic can make a difference, too!

I am able to help - but can't do much until after April 17. I will also be out of town April 25- May 2 and May 17-24.
Ok ladies I was just thinking about the church reservation I'm not sure how that would work with you not being Military and someone not on the church contract I don't think this will work.
I'm sorry to say I think I just need to cancel this swap totaly and have you Ladies start fress I'm sure if you PM everyone the New Swap link they will follow.

I just wanted to say "hello" to all the stampers in the Fort Meade area. I used to be stationed at Meade and I lived in Columbia. At that time I was not into stamping and papercrafts so I did not know about SCS. I'm sure things have changed a lot since I was at Meade in 1984-1990! It's really a lovely area there in Maryland. Enjoy!
